Norkis Fernandez is a force to be reckoned with in the world of real estate. As a New York native with Dominican roots, she has always been passionate about investing in real estate. After moving to Orlando, Florida in 2004 to care for her daughters, she decided to pursue her dream and became a licensed realtor in 2007.

Since then, Norkis has gained extensive experience in all facets of the real estate business, from helping first-time homebuyers find their dream homes to advising investors on how to grow their portfolios. But what sets Norkis apart from others in her field is her unwavering commitment to helping others succeed.

As a Director for the Orlando Regional Realtors Association and serving in various committees for the National Association of Realtors, Norkis has had the privilege of learning from some of the most amazing industry leaders. She believes in managing real estate  like a business and is always happy to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
